About: Wife, mother of 4 (now adults), grandma of 3 (not yet teenagers), retired RN (18 years) and former member of the Spiritual Care Committee at our local hospital (~2 years).

Alumnus of Western Seminary (graduated with honors), Graduate studies diploma in ministry for 30 credit hours in 2012. Total of 59 hours successfully completed toward Masters in specialized ministry. More recently, successfully completed three semester courses through BWGI Institute (9 credit hours) 2024-2025.

Church work includes being president of our high school youth group (many years ago), home and foreign missions (with various short and long term mission trips over ~5 years, including 2 trips to Africa), church council member for 2 years (Covenant Church), volunteer Bible teacher over ~8 years at the Union Gospel Mission in Sacramento, online group facilitator (~3 years at BWGI ministries) + writer of this blog.
