Love poured into our hearts

Walk through the wetland this morning

The cattails and reeds stood tall where the last of the water was still flowing.

What nourishes our hearts? What ensures that the love will continue flowing even in the midst of suffering? Endurance, character and hope are produced when the love has not stopped.

The Holy Spirit was given to us as a seal ensuring God’s promised love would never stop flowing in and through us. The important part of the equation is the peacemaker, our Lord Jesus Christ. -Teresa #Alleluiaisthehighestpraise

Peace with God Through Faith

Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we[b] have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through him we have also obtained access by faith[c] into this grace in which we stand, and we[d] rejoice[e] in hope of the glory of God. Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.
